Noah Sharp

Noah is a pioneering fintech banker with over two decades of experience building banking and payments infrastructure for the world's largest financial institutions and fastest-growing crypto businesses. As Deputy CEO of BCB Group, he shared responsibility for the firm's international scaling strategy across geographies, client segments and licensing, specialising in banking-as-a-service and embedded payment solutions for crypto exchanges, PSPs and marketplaces. Before that, he was Chief Banking Officer at Paysafe, where he built and led the global banking and payments division running the rails on which Paysafe's $100bn+ annual payment volume was processed, managing relationships with over a hundred banks and dozens of payment partners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Earlier in his career he spent 11 years at Deutsche Bank as a corporate banker covering global fintech relationships, followed by a spell at Standard Chartered building the bank's FinTech client franchise across Europe and North America.

He also led Bottlepay as CEO, instrumental in its acquisition by NYDIG. Under his leadership, BCB Group processes over $230bn in annual payments and has achieved 60% YoY growth following a comprehensive corporate restructuring. Previously, Tim served as Group CRO and CEO APAC at Banked, where he was instrumental in securing strategic investments from Bank of America, Citi, and National Australia Bank. Having scaled multiple Go-To-Market functions from seed stage through Series B and beyond, he now lends his expertise to the Evolution team, advising on business transformation, global scaling, and crypto-native infrastructure.

Prior to Navro, Eddie held senior roles across the fintech and payments industry - including at Corpay, WUBS, and Ixaris - with experience spanning cross-border payments, cards, and open banking across use cases from e-commerce and education to global workforce solutions. He advises the Evolution team on go-to-market strategy, product commercialisation, and market expansion.

Tam also spent a decade at Lloyds Banking Group, overseeing digital security and the UK's largest digital banking platform. His background spans cybersecurity, authentication, and management consulting, with deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, fraud prevention, and large-scale transformation.
